Julie Calvert

Our fully qualified resident Chef, Julie brings over 10 years cooking experience to the company. Commencing her apprenticeship under Karen Sheldon at the “Dolly Pot Inn” in Tennant Creek, she has moved on to Chef around Australia and overseas in the United Kingdom at the popular “Duke of Cambridge”, an organic pub.
Julie is passionate about cooking and a big believer in utilizing “functional, fresh, seasonal produce” whenever possible.
