Sarah Hickey
Business Development Manager, Sarah manages the larger events and specializes in weddings. Sarah has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management and has worked, on and off for Karen since she was 12 years old, starting out at the “Dolly Pot Inn” in Tennant Creek.
Sarah brings the business background to the company, having worked as an Business Consultant for 2 years and overseas in Event Management. She returned early 2004 to Darwin from overseas and has since been responsible for Functions and Event co-ordination, Marketing and Promotions for all the different business divisions of Karen Sheldon Catering.
