We have catered to many different styles of events, from Weddings and birthdays, to corporate conferences and office luncheons, and multi-million dollar major events. We are one of the Territory’s leaders in showcasing local produce to our clients and their guests. Crocodile, magpie geese, kangaroo, ocean caught local Barra and mudcrab, buffalo meats and cheeses, saltbush, rosellas and Kakadu plums all feature regularly in our menus.
